I believe yoga is here for everyone – in any, and all ways we need or want it to be. From its beautiful, straightforward foundation, to its evolution to meet the needs of the everchanging humans who practice it, yoga remains a constant means of access to one's own body, mind, and soul. Drawing from 20+ years of practice, a 200-hour RYT, specialized training in Teaching Yoga to Seniors (Carson-Krucoff approach), and the wisdom gained from guiding over 2000 yoga classes, I offer multiple ways to explore mindful movement that meets your specific needs: private sessions, small group classes, studio classes, skill workshops, and soon, an online Flow Library to enjoy on your own. At the root of each offering is a desire to help you build a sustainable relationship with movement supporting your body, calming your mind, and nourishing your whole being.

If you prefer practicing with others, small-group sessions provide the same supportive environment with the added benefit of shared energy, encouragement, and community. These group experiences are a wonderful way to learn alongside friends, family, or like-minded practitioners, while still receiving modifications and adjustments suited to your individual pace.
